Located at the intersection of 12th and Cherry in Capitol Hill lies Oma-Bap: The Korean take on Chipotle. The restaurant used to be located in downtown bellevue but just recently moved out to Capitol Hill. It would be an understatement if I said this place is good; not only are they fast, but their food is fresh, healthy, delicious, filling and well priced (making it the no brainer for us Seattle U students). Pictured above is the Bibim-bap or their take on the "burrito bowl" from Chipotle, if you will. In my opinion, this is their best dish. You can choose from your rice (brown, white, multi), then your meat (beef, pork, chicken, tofu), and it comes with a collection of fresh veggies including their delicious kimchi. It is then topped with a fried egg. Trust me, once you try this place, you'll be hooked.
